How it works?
As rainwater hits the roof of your home or building, it runs down to your gutter to a downpipe. Rather than letting this water get washed away, the 50 gallon Rainwater H2OG connects to the downpipe to collect the water. If the Rainwater H2OG overfills, the excess water can be captured in another Rainwater H2OG or allowed to overflow. A bracket will secure the 40 lbs. Rainwater H2OG to your building.
Why get a Rainwater H2OG?
Designed to be durable, stylish, modular and effective, the Rainwater H2OG offers features and benefits that its competitors do not. For residents looking to go green without spending much money, the Rainwater H2OG is an easy to install solution. For commercial buildings looking to obtain LEED points and be a leader in the community, rainwater collection systems are a great solution. Here are some reasons to consider a Rainwater H2OG:
- Durability: With holes and quarter inch thick walls that support its structure, the Rainwater H2OG is designed to last up to 30 years. While other rainwater collection systems will last a fraction of the time and require numerous installations, the Rainwater H2OG will save you time and money in the long run.
- Versatility: The Rainwater H2OG’s dimensions are about 6 feet by 20 inches by 9 inches. It can be installed vertically, to achieve a significant level of pressure, or horizontally. It can be installed under your porch, on the side of your building, stacked 5 high or more. The Rainwater H2OG will fit in your home or building and its position can easily be changed to your liking.
- Clean & Safe: Made from 100% recycled food grade plastic, the Rainwater H2OG blocks the sun’s light and is closed from surface penetrations. The filtered rainwater stored in the Rainwater H2OG will not attract mosquitoes or algae growth like other systems that are exposed to open air and light. This allows the H2OG to act as an emergence source of drinking water when filled with clean potable water.
- Stylish: The Rainwater H2OG lets you proudly display your green side. Designed by Australian architect, Sally Dominguez, to be both stylish and, most importantly, effective. Manufactured in the U.S.A., the color and logos can be change to match your needs.
