Geothermal
The Earth absorbs the sun’s energy and gives off energy from its core. With a geothermal system, you can capture the energy in the ground to make your system 300% to 600% more efficient. With this efficiency, a geothermal system typically reduces energy bills by about 60% or more.

How it works?
Geothermal systems use the constant temperature of the Earth’s ground to efficiently transfer heat into or out of the ground, depending on demand. Water or refrigerant is transferred through a loop system in the ground where the earth’s temperature holds between 55 and 60 degrees Fahrenheit. The water or refrigerant is then sent back through an electric heat pump and its temperature is adjusted to meet your heating, cooling or hot water needs. It takes significantly less energy to heat water or refrigerant that is pre-heated or pre-cooled by the earth than it does to heat or cool with outside air. This results in extremely high efficiency of 300% to 600%.

Why go geothermal?
Powering your home or business with the ground’s energy will save you lots of money on your next energy bill. Each year, tens of thousands of geothermal systems are installed in the United States and the benefits are huge.
- Typically 300% to 600% efficient.
- Energy bill reduction of about 60% or more!
- Long durability of 25 years for interior system and 50+ years for ground tubing.
- Easier maintenance with less moving parts than a traditional heating or cooling system.
- No ugly and noisy outside condensing units.
- Promote comfortable heating /cooling environment.
Tax Benefits
If you decide to invest in geothermal system, you may pay less than what you expect. Federal and state governments, as well as your local utility companies, may offer a combination of tax incentives and rebates to cut the cost by nearly 50% or more. Whether you are a homeowner or a business owner, you are eligible for these huge benefits.
